Take corrective action based on the reason.

• Reason: The file could not be locked.

  An attempt to acquire exclusive permission for the file failed. Re-execute the command.

• Reason: The file was not found.

  Check whether the email environment definition file exists at the storage location.

  If the file does not exist, create the file by copying the model file of the email environment definition file, and then specify the definition again.

• Reason: An I/O error occurred.

  Check whether you have permission to access the email environment definition file.

  Also check whether the file system is normal.

  If the system does not recover from the error after re-executing the command, collect data for JP1/IM, and then contact a system administrator.
