The business group could not be updated. (cause = cause)

The business group could not be updated during startup of JP1/IM - Manager.

S:

Continues processing without updating the business group.

O:

Take corrective action depending on the cause of the error.

  • The IM database service is not running.

    Make sure that the IM database service is running, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

  • A connection error has occurred.

    The system might be temporarily unable to acquire or use a connection.

    If the error cannot be resolved by restarting JP1/IM - Manager, collect JP1/IM data, and then contact a system administrator.

  • A communication error has occurred.

  • A memory shortage has occurred.

    Check whether a shortage has occurred in other OS resources such as memory and file descriptors, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

    If the error cannot be resolved by restarting JP1/IM - Manager, collect JP1/IM data, and then contact a system administrator.

  • The IM Configuration Management database has not been set up.

    Use the jcfdbsetup command to set up the IM configuration monitoring database, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager. If you do not use IM Configuration Management Service, use the jcoimdef command with the -cf option specified to disable startup of IM Configuration Management Service, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager

  • An unexpected error has occurred.

    Collect JP1/IM data, and then contact a system administrator.
