1. Names that include any of the following characters: :, ?, ", <, >, |

2. Exact matches of any of the following characters strings (including lower case): CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, LPT9

3. Any of the file names in 1 or 2 with a suffix of .xxx (xxx can be any characters).

   (Example)CON.txt, PRN.txt.conf
