Terminates command execution.

Execute the jco_spmd_status command to determine whether process management is operating normally.
If the jco_spmd_status command ends abnormally, check the integrated trace log to see if a process management error message was output.
If a message was output, take the corrective action given for that message.
If the problem cannot be resolved by the above method, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
