An I/O error occurred during initialization of the operation log output function.

S:

Disables the operation log output function. Data is no longer output to the operation log.

O:

Check the items below, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

• Make sure that the operation log file and the output destination directory for the operation log file exist.

  If the operation log file and its output destination directory exist, check whether you have write permission.

  If you do not have write permission, set appropriate write permission.

• Make sure that there is sufficient free space at the output destination of the operation log file.

• Check whether the output destination of operation log files contains a folder or directory with the same name as an operation log file.

  If such a folder or directory exists, delete it.

• Make sure that there is sufficient memory.

• Check the following OS logs to make sure that there are sufficient OS resources such as file descriptors:

  • In Windows: Windows event log

  • In UNIX: System log (syslog)
