A function abnormality was detected. The possible causes are as follows.

Determine whether the server or network is in high load status.
If the load is high, take the following corrective actions.
- In Windows:

For the evflow, evgen, evtcon, and jcfmain processes, execute the jcogencore command to output a dump for any function for which an abnormality was detected.
After a dump is output, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
For the jcamain processes, no dump can be output. Use the data collection tool to collect data, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.
- In UNIX:

Execute the jcogencore command to output a dump for any function for which an abnormality was detected. Functions (processes) for which a dump was output will stop.
After a dump is output, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
After executing the jcogencore command, restart JP1/IM - Manager.
