The setting of the communication encryption function might have changed since JP1/IM - Manager started. Restart JP1/Base and JP1/IM - Manager, apply the settings of the communication encryption function, and then re-execute the command. If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
