Terminates Central Scope Service.

Take the corrective action that is appropriate to the cause displayed, as described below. If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

• If A memory shortage has occurred. is displayed for cause, check the OS logs, and then check for memory shortages. If a memory shortage has occurred, secure sufficient memory, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

• If A system error occurred. is displayed for cause, restart JP1/IM - Manager.
