JP1/IM-CS could not execute the operation request (request-name) from JP1/IM-View. (cause: the data format was invalid)

The format of the operation request data from JP1/IM - View is invalid.

S:: Cancels the requested operation and continues to accept requests.
O:: Determine whether there was an invalid access of the server system where JP1/IM - Manager is running. Also check the JP1/IM - View log to make sure that no problems have occurred. If the server system and log show no problems, a system error may have occurred. Use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
