The JP1/IM - Central Scope daemon will now stop because an attempt to initialize the internal trace log has failed.

Central Scope Service will stop because an attempt to initialize the internal log file failed.

S:: Stops Central Scope Service.
O:: Determine whether JP1/Base was uninstalled after installing JP1/IM - Manager. If it was not uninstalled, check the free space in system memory. Either increase available memory by stopping any unnecessary processes or add memory based on a re-estimate of the required memory, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.
