The JP1/IM - Central Scope daemon terminated abnormally. (Logical hostname: logical-host-name, End code: reason-code)

Central Scope Service stopped abnormally. If it is running on a physical host, logical-host-name is set to JP1_DEFAULT.

Stops Central Scope Service abnormally.

O:

Check the system status based on the reason code. If the system does not recover normally, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

  • Reason code: 4

    Description: An attempt to initialize the JP1/Base communications base failed.

    Action: Refer to the JP1/Base User's Guide to confirm that the communications base is set correctly.

  • Reason code: 7

    Description: An ANSI exception occurred during startup processing.

    Action: Make sure that memory or resources are sufficient.

  • Reason code: 8

    Description: An HCCLib exception occurred during startup processing.

    Action: Make sure that memory or resources are sufficient.

  • Reason code: 9

    Description: An error occurred during Central Scope Service initialization.

    Action: Take the corrective action given for the message that was output preceding this message. It is also possible that the settings for the communication encryption function were changed to invalid values after JP1/Base started up. Stop JP1/IM - Manager and JP1/Base, carefully review the communication encryption function settings and, if necessary, correct them. Then, restart JP1/Base and JP1/IM - Manager.

  • Reason code: 10

    Description: Startup notification could not be sent to the process management daemon.

    Action: Determine whether the daemon was started from a start script (in Windows, a service) rather than directly.

  • Reason code: 255

    Description: A problem occurred while Central Scope Service was running, and the service stopped abnormally.

    Action: Take the corrective action given for the message that was output preceding this message.
