An attempt to acquire action information from the action information file failed because there is no data.

S:

Aborts processing.

O:

This message appears if no action has been performed after installation of JP1/IM - Manager or after deletion of the action information file. This message also appears if the desired action information is not found because information is wrapped in the action information file.

If this message appears due to wrapping in the action information file, check whether the capacity of the action information file is sufficient. If it is not, estimate the required capacity of the action information file, and then specify an appropriate capacity. If the capacity of the file is sufficient, processing might have stopped (hung up) due to a deadlock or an infinite loop in Automatic Action Service (jcamain). If Automatic Action Service has stopped, collect data, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

Execute the jco_spmd_status command to check whether Automatic Action Service is running. If it is running, check the following items:

  • If the health check function is enabled:

Refer to the event arrival time of the event displayed in the KAVB5301-W message, and see if a KAVB8060-E message was output in the integrated trace log file around the same time.

  • If the health check function is disabled:

Determine whether action details are displayed correctly for events received prior to the event displayed in the KAVB5301-W message.
