An attempt to acquire the command execution log of the automated action failed due to an error in operation of the command execution log file.

S:

Ignores the requested data and continues processing.

O:

Check the following items according to the reason code displayed in maintenance-information. maintenance-information is displayed as error-location-number-1 error-location-number-2 reason-code.

• If the reason code is 1:

  The command execution file of the automated action is locked. Wait awhile, and then retry the operation.

• If the reason code is 2:

  The number of opened files exceeds the maximum number allowed by the system. Allocate appropriate OS resources, and then retry the operation.

• If the reason code is 4:

  The command execution log file of the automated action may be corrupted. For details about how to check the log file for damage and how to recover the command execution log file of the automated action, see Section 11.5.1(9) Actions to take when a command execution log file is damaged in the manual JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Administration Guide.

  If the command execution log file of the automated action is normal, execute the JP1/IM data collection tool, and then contact a system administrator.

• If the reason code is 5:

  A memory shortage occurred. Allocate appropriate OS resources, and then retry the operation.
