An attempt to initialize communication processing of Event Base Service failed.

S:

If a multiple LAN configuration is used, ignores the IP address where the error occurred and continues processing.

In configurations other than multiple LANs, stops Event Base Service.

O:

Make sure that the port number of service name jp1imfcs defined in the services file is not being used for other services. If the port number is duplicated, change the port number to a unique number. Also check the OS settings and log to determine whether the network is available.

If the problem is other than the above, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
