An attempt to connect to Automatic Action Service from Event Base Service failed. The specified number of retries were attempted, but a connection could not be established.

S:

Stops connecting to Automatic Action Service and continues processing.

O:

Execute the jco_spmd_status command to determine whether Automatic Action Service is running. If Automatic Action Service is running, it is possible that a connection could not be established within the retry time and the specified number of retries because startup processing of Automatic Action Service is taking too much time. Carefully review the retry setting. If a connection still cannot be established after changing the retry setting, or if Automatic Action Service is not running, collect JP1/Base and JP1/IM data, and then contact a system administrator.
