The severity changing definition file cannot be found.

S:

Does not change the severity of all JP1 events if this error occurs during startup of JP1/IM - Manager.

If the error occurs during execution of the jco_spmd_reload command, continues processing using the severity changing definition that was in effect prior to execution of the jco_spmd_reload command.

O:

Check the following items, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager or execute the jco_spmd_reload command to reload JP1/IM - Manager.

• Determine whether a severity changing definition file exists. If a severity changing definition file does not exist, create one.

• Determine whether there is read permission for the severity changing definition file. If there is no read permission, assign read permission for the file.
