Check the environment for one of the following possible causes:

Is the network status normal?

Do the server and IP address versions (IPv4 or IPv6) match?

Is JP1/Base running on the server?
If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data at the local host and the server, and then contact a system administrator.
