The log file of a command executed in the Execute Command window could not be opened.

S:

Does not output the log of the command executed in the Execute Command window.

O:

Check the following items. If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

• Make sure that the permission for the storage destination of the command execution log file is appropriate.

• It is possible that the command execution log file is corrupted. For details about how to check the log file for damage and how to recover the command execution log file, see 11.5.1(9) Actions to take when a command execution log file is damaged in the manual JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Administration Guide.

  If the command execution log file is normal, execute the JP1/IM data collection tool, and then contact a system administrator.
