  • Is an asterisk (*) or the manager host name set as the server host name of the JP1 user defined in user mapping (user-name)?

  • In Windows, is the Log on as a service or Allow log on locally permission assigned to the OS user that is defined in user mapping? #1

  • In Windows, has the password of the OS user defined in user mapping been changed?

  • If Windows and the physical and logical hosts are running simultaneously, was the jp1hosts information or the jp1hosts2 information set?#2

  • In UNIX, is the user ID of the OS user that is defined in user mapping valid?

  • If the OS user defined in user mapping is the domain user, was the domain controller not restarted?
