Check the environment for one of the following possible causes:

Is the network status normal?

Does the version of the IP address (IPv4 or IPv6) match that of the command transfer-destination host?

Is JP1/Base running at the command transfer-destination host?
If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data at the local host and the command transfer-destination host, and then contact a system administrator.
