Investigate the following possible causes. Then, restart JP1/IM - Manager, or execute the jco_spmd_reload command to reload JP1/IM - Manager.

If the following is displayed for cause, check whether a shortage occurred with OS resources such as file descriptors: An I/O error occurred.

If the following is displayed for cause, allocate sufficient memory: A memory shortage occurred.

If the problem cannot be resolved or if neither of the preceding reasons is displayed for cause, check the OS logs listed below to determine whether a shortage occurred with an OS resource such as file descriptors. If a resource shortage did not occur, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
