JP1 Version 12 JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Messages

KAVB1812-E

The area to be destroyed (corrupted-data-area) of the file for accumulated response-waiting events has been destroyed.

An attempt to read data has failed because the contents of the file for accumulated response-waiting events were invalid.

S:

Saves the corrupted file for accumulated response-waiting events, and then creates a new file for accumulated response-waiting events.

Note that the response-waiting events are not displayed on the Response-Waiting Events page of the Event Console window because an attempt to read the file for accumulated response-waiting events failed.

O:

To check the response-waiting events that could not be displayed, specify the following search conditions in the Event Search Conditions window:

  • For Search host, specify the name of the connected host.

  • Select the target event as the response-waiting event.

  • For Arrived timeframe, specify the arrival time of an event that precedes or follows the JP1 event (event ID: 00003F42) on the Monitor Events page.

Also check the following items:

  • Is sufficient disk space allocated?

  • Are sufficient system physical memory and virtual memory allocated?

  • Is access permission assigned for any of the folders (directories) in the paths below?

    In Windows:

    - Physical host: Console-path\log\response

    - Logical host: shared-folder\jp1cons\log\response

    In UNIX:

    - Physical host: /var/opt/jp1cons/log/response

    - Logical host: shared-directory/jp1cons/log/response

If the problem cannot be resolved, check the following OS log items to see if a shortage has occurred in OS resources such as file descriptors.

  • In Windows: Windows event log

  • In UNIX: System log (syslog)

If a resource shortage has not occurred, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
