• Make sure that the IM database service is running. If it is not running, start the service, and then retry the operation.

• Determine whether a memory shortage occurred. If so, restart JP1/IM - Manager, and then retry the operation.

• Determine whether the manager host was in high load status. If so, wait awhile, and then retry the operation.

• If the cause is other than the above or you cannot recover from the error after retrying the operation, contact a system administrator.
