Check the integrated trace log to determine if an Event Console Service error message (KAVB0001 to KAVB2000), KAVB8605-E, KAVB8606-E, or KAVB8607-E was output.
If a message is output, take the corrective action given for that message.
The settings for the communication encryption function might have changed to invalid values after JP1/Base started. Stop JP1/IM - Manager and JP1/Base, carefully review the communication encryption function settings, and then restart JP1/Base and JP1/IM - Manager.
If the problem cannot be resolved, check the following OS log items to determine whether a shortage occurred with OS resources such as file descriptors.
