According to the following reason codes, check the storage location of file-name or the access permission, and then restart or reload (execute the jco_spmd_reload command) JP1/IM - Manager.

• Reason code: 000

  Description: Other error

• Reason code: 001

  Description: Unable to open the file.

• Reason code: 002

  Description: The file size is larger than the maximum value.

  Corrective action: Reduce the file size so that it is no more than the maximum value.

• Reason code: 003

  Description: An I/O error occurred.

• Reason code: 004

  Description: The file version is not supported.

  Corrective action: For versions 07-51 to 09-10, specify 1. For version 09-50 or later, specify 1 or 2.
