Connection between the manager and Event Service cannot be established.

O:

Determine whether Event Service is running.

If Event Service is not running, start Event Service, and then start the manager to recover from the error.

If this message is output after event search is executed, confirm that the search host name is correct.

If you are using the communication encryption function, review the settings to see if any of the following conditions apply:

• Is there a configuration of the communication encryption feature between the manager and the host that match the destination host?

• Does the settings in the non-SSL communication host configuration file on the manager's JP1/Base match the destination host?

• Does the root certificate correspond to the server certificate of the manager's destination host?
