Cause: The URL is invalid.
Make sure that the URL of the JP1/IM - Service Support specified in the definition file for manually registering incidents is correct. If the URL is not correct, correct it.

Cause: The browser could not be started.
Revise the settings of the applications associated with the HTML file of the OS.
If a message other than the above is displayed for cause, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
