If the response-waiting event is not displayed after an event search is executed, the event does not exist in the event database. In this case, you cannot perform any operation for that event from JP1/IM - View. If you want to respond to a response-waiting event for which operation is no longer possible from JP1/IM - View, take the corrective action for the product that issued the event.
