An invalid value is set in the event acquisition filter definition file.

Terminates Event Console Service.

If the severe event(s) filter definition file (file-name) has been backed up, stop JP1/IM - Manager, restore the definition file, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.
If the severe event(s) filter definition file has not been backed up, stop JP1/IM - Manager, and then use the following procedure to delete the severe event(s) filter definition file. After that, start JP1/IM - Manager and reconfigure the severe event(s) filter.
To delete the severe event(s) definition file:
- In Windows:

Deleting the physical host:
cd console_path\conf\console\filter
del file-name (serious_filter_ex.conf)
Deleting the logical host:
cd shared_folder\jp1cons\conf\console\filter
del file-name (serious_filter_ex.conf)
- In UNIX:

Deleting the physical host:
cd /etc/opt/jp1cons/conf/console/filter
rm file-name (serious_filter_ex.conf)
Deleting the logical host:
cd shared_directory/jp1cons/conf/console/filter
rm file-name (serious_filter_ex.conf)
If the problem persists, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
