[Figure]

The following describes the items displayed in the Action Parameter Detailed Definitions (Extended Event Information) window.

Event level

Specifies the JP1 event severity levels from Emergency, Alert, Critical, Error, Warning, Notice, Information, and Debug.

Extended attributes

Specifies extended attributes in addition to JP1 event severity levels. All conditions specified in the Event level and Extended attributes areas are assumed to be combined with AND operators. For details about the extended attributes that can be specified, see 3.1.2 Extended attributes in the manual JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Command, Definition File and API Reference.

Alphabetic characters are case sensitive.

The two smaller text boxes are used to add a condition.

The larger box underneath lists the conditions that have already been set.

Add

The user adds a new condition by entering the name of an attribute in the left box and a regular expression that represents the value of the attribute in the right box, and then clicking Add. If a slash (/) is used as an ordinary character in the regular expression, it must be preceded by a backslash (\/). For details about regular expressions, see G. Regular Expressions in the JP1/Integrated Management 2 - Manager Overview and System Design Guide.

The attribute name specified in the left box can have a maximum of 32 bytes consisting of upper-case alphabetic characters, numeric characters, and underscores (_). The name must begin with an upper-case alphabetic character. If lower-case alphabetic characters are entered, they are automatically converted to the corresponding upper-case alphabetic characters.

When 100 conditions have been registered, the Add button is disabled.

Edit

The user edits a specified condition by selecting a condition from the large lower box and then clicking the Edit button.

Delete

The user deletes a specified condition by selecting a condition from the large lower box and then clicking the Delete button.
