1.3.6 Integrated troubleshooting with JP1/IM - Manager

All operational tasks from monitoring to error investigation can be integrated into a single flow of operations based on JP1/IM - Manager.

For the Central Console, you can select a JP1 event in its Event Console window to view the event details. You can also directly launch related applications when needed.

Non-JP1 applications required in managing system operations can also be registered, creating an integrated workflow based on JP1/IM - Manager.

For JP1/IM - Manager (Intelligent Integrated Management Base), you can select a component displayed in the integrated operation viewer to confirm the details of the relevant hosts and events or to investigate the components and events that are related to the location where a problem has occurred. You can address the problem by checking and implementing the suggestion made by the Intelligent Integrated Management Base.
