An error occurred during the process of logging on to Windows or during the process of unlocking the screen.

Possible causes include the following:

• After the execution of the cpaalsetup command, a Windows log on action was executed without first restarting the machine.

• After a failed Windows log on action, another Windows log on action was executed without first having a Windows user manually log on to Windows.

• There was a Windows user using a Remote Desktop connection before, after, or during the execution of a Windows log on action.

• Multiple Windows log on actions were simultaneously executed.

• There is a problem with communication with the domain server.

• System resources are insufficient.

Discontinues the processing.

After removing the cause of the error, try again. If there was a Windows user using a Remote Desktop connection or if system resources were lacking, wait awhile before trying logging on to Windows again.

If the error persists even after you take the above action, collect log files and then contact the system administrator.
