In Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2016, to use the command prompt with elevated privileges installed together with JP1/DH - Server, you need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. If a file or folder named Program exists directly under the system drive, a program does not run properly. If a file or folder named Program exists there, delete it before installing JP1/DH - Server.
In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, make sure that the host name and IP address of the local host are registered in the /etc/hosts file. If they are not registered, the local host name cannot be resolved and the installation fails. Edit the /etc/hosts file to register the host name and IP address of the local host.
