3.3.20 Approval exclusion function

Consider using this function when using JP1/Data Highway - AJE and the data transfer command. If you activate this function, an approval route can be skipped for transfer when a delivery rule specifies the approval route if JP1/Data Highway - AJE and the data transfer command is used to transfer a file or folder.
