5.5 Event monitor functions

These functions monitor event occurrence.

If these functions are used as execution conditions of the job executed on event, they execute the job whenever an event occurs. If the functions are used in an action flow, they start monitoring when an event monitor starts and end when a given event is detected. This way, a job can wait for event occurrence.
