Alternatively, you cannot release a jobnet (including a host link jobnet) from the suspended status because a start condition is set for this jobnet.

Delete the start condition or host link jobnet, and then retry the operation. Note, however, that you cannot delete a host link jobnet that contains a suspended jobnet. If the jobnet is suspended, delete the start condition.
