The target is being shut down making operation impossible. The probable causes are:

The job group for which you want to reference the calendar does not exist.

The unit specified in an exclusive schedule does not exist at the same level.

Correct the cause of the shutdown, and then unregister the shut down jobnet. Then, if necessary, re-register the jobnet for execution.
