Use log information, such as the Windows event log or the syslog file on the host of JP1/AJS3 - Manager at the connection destination, to examine the error. Then, correct the error according to the results.

If maintenance information for this message is set to 1 or 0 and JP1/AJS3 - Manager at the connection destination is for UNIX, check the home directory of the OS user mapped to the logged-in JP1 user. If the home directory does not exist, create it.
