KNAK3602-E
The JP1/AJS3 service at the connection destination has not been started.
The probable causes are:
-
The JP1/AJS3 service is not running at the connection destination.
-
In JP1/Base settings at the connection destination, the IP binding method is specified on the receiving side for the physical host. Then, connection is attempted by using an IP address that is not bound to any physical host or logical host.
-
If the connection destination is UNIX, the ajsshmdel command is not executed when the configuration of JP1/AJS3 - Manager is changed at the connection destination. Alternatively, the ajsshmdel command is executed without stopping all the JP1/AJS3 services.
-
If the connection destination is Windows, all the JP1/AJS3 services are not stopped when the configuration of JP1/AJS3 - Manager is changed at the connection destination.

- (O)
-
Correct the error, and then retry.
- If connection is attempted by using an IP address that is not bound to any physical host or logical host at the connection destination:
-
Use a bound IP address to establish a connection, or define jp1hosts information at the connection destination. For details about the definition of jp1hosts information, see the JP1/Base User's Guide.
- If the operation during the change of the JP1/AJS3 - Manager configuration at the connection destination caused the error:
-
Take action at the connection destination according to the following procedure:
-
Stop all the running JP1/AJS3 processes (such as services and commands).
If the connection destination is Windows, go to step 3.
If the connection destination is UNIX, go to step 2.
-
Execute the ajsshmdel command.
-
Restart JP1/AJS3.
