• An invalid JP1 user name is entered in a row of the user column.

• Nothing is entered in a row of the necessary item setting column in the operating permission configuration file.

• A prohibited value is entered in a row of the setting column in the operating permission configuration file.

• The operating permission configuration file contains duplicate user definitions.
