There is no response from the Server. api type = API-type
This message notifies you that the server is unresponsive or that a wait for response of the HTTP server or application server timed out.
The probable causes are:

Because there are many target data items, the update processing takes time.

The HTTP server or application server is not running.

The HTTP server or application server is busy.

A connection to the HTTP server or application server cannot be established via the network.

Stops the display processing. If there are many target data items, processing continues on the server.

Check whether the JP1/AJS3 HTTP Server service or the JP1/AJS3 Web Application Server service is running.
If the service is running, the update processing might take time. In the application log, confirm that the processing of the API whose type is indicated in the KNAK3027-I or KNAK3028-E message has been completed, and then refresh the screen.
If the service has stopped, restart it, and then log in again. If the service has ended abnormally, recover it, and then log in again.
Otherwise, correct the error, and then retry.
