Information could not be obtained about the JP1/AJS3 - Manager instance to which a connection is to be established.
The probable causes are as follows:

Temporary problem on the network.

The JP1/AJS3 service is not started.

The web server or application server is not running.

The web server or application server is busy.

The web server or application server is in a state in which a network connection cannot be established.

Correct the cause of the error, and then log in to JP1/AJS3 - Web Console again.
