This message indicates that an attempt to connect to the HTTP server or application server failed. The probable causes are:

The HTTP server or application server is not running.

The HTTP server or application server is busy.

The HTTP server or application server is in a state in which a network connection cannot be established.

The URL cannot be sent correctly because the URL length of a proxy exceeds the limit.

If the HTTP server or application server is not running:
Restart the HTTP server or application server.

If the HTTP server or application server is busy:
A connection might be established by retrying the connection.

If the HTTP server or application server is in a state in which a network connection cannot be established:
Check the network environment of the HTTP server or application server. If a firewall is set up between the client and the HTTP server or application server, check the firewall settings.
If the session has been aborted, log in again.

If the URL cannot be sent correctly because the URL length of a proxy exceeds the limit:
Check the URL length of a proxy. Set the URL length with a margin so that the maximum URL length is not exceeded.
