Cannot connect to the Server.

This message indicates that an attempt to connect to the HTTP server or application server failed. The probable causes are:

(S)

Cancels processing.

(O)
  • If the HTTP server or application server is not running:

    Restart the HTTP server or application server.

  • If the HTTP server or application server is busy:

    A connection might be established by retrying the connection.

  • If the HTTP server or application server is in a state in which a network connection cannot be established:

    Check the network environment of the HTTP server or application server. If a firewall is set up between the client and the HTTP server or application server, check the firewall settings.

    If the session has been aborted, log in again.

  • If the URL cannot be sent correctly because the URL length of a proxy exceeds the limit:

    Check the URL length of a proxy. Set the URL length with a margin so that the maximum URL length is not exceeded.
