An attempt to open the Monitor dialog box failed because the URL was too long.
The Monitor screen was called, but its URL was truncated. The cause might be either of the following:

The maximum length of a URL that can be handled by the JP1/IM event guide function was exceeded.

The maximum length of a URL that can be handled by Internet Explorer was exceeded.

Stops processing, and closes the window.
