An error occurred during the setup that was automatically performed by JP1/AJS3 during installation. The probable causes are:

• The port number that is to be used by JP1/AJS3 - Web Console is already in use by another program.

• The system drive (%systemdrive%) does not have sufficient free space.

• The installation drive does not have sufficient free space.

• The host name of the host on which JP1/AJS3 is installed includes an underscore (_).

Cancels installation.

Remove the cause of the error, and then retry the installation.

If you cannot resolve the problem, collect the following data and then contact the system administrator:

• Details about performed operations

• A hard copy of the dialog box

• Installation log

If an error occurs during an overwrite installation or upgrade installation, also collect the following data:

• Execution results of the data collection tool
