The process cannot start because the database cannot be used.
JP1/AJS3 or a scheduler service cannot start because the database cannot be used due to one of the following causes:

An agent management database of a different manager host is connected.

A scheduler database of a different scheduler service is connected.

The manager host or database has been restored from the backup.

Terminates the system management command.

Check the following settings to make sure that the connected database is correct:

AJSODBC_DSNAME and AJSODBC_DBNAME environment setting parameters

Setting of the ODBC file data source specified in the AJSODBC_DSNAME environment setting parameter
If the manager host or database was restored from the backup, recover the job as described in 12.2 Recovery from a failure in an environment that uses an external database in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Administration Guide.
