A system management file failed to open.

Terminates system management.

(O)

The probable causes are as follows. Check the environment settings.

  • Temporary memory shortage

    Retry, or end unnecessary processes and then retry.

  • The number of open files in the system has reached the limit.

    Review the kernel parameters.

  • The contents of directories or files necessary for the system are deleted, or access permissions for the directories or files are changed.

    If you operate JP1/AJS3 in disaster recovery mode, execute the jajs_rpsite command with the -v or -V option specified to check whether the disaster recovery environment is correct.

    If you do not operate JP1/AJS3 in disaster recovery mode, re-install JP1/AJS3. If you cannot resolve the problem, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
