Check the environment settings and take the following action:

Check whether an error message about the operation profile has been output to the integrated trace log. If so, review the operation profile and then retry.
In UNIX, review the shared memory size and the kernel parameter settings. For estimates, see the Release Notes.
If you cannot solve the problem, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
