Installation was suspended because the product code of the installed JP1/Base does not meet the prerequisites for running JP1/AJS3.
The probable cause is:

The Windows Server 2003 environment in which JP1/Base was installed has been upgraded to Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, or Windows Server 2012.

Suspends installation.

Uninstall the existing JP1/Base and install JP1/Base with the correct product code to meet JP1/AJS3 requirements. Then install the JP1/AJS3 product again. For the product code of the required JP1/Base, see Release Notes.
