Installation was suspended because an error occurred.

The probable causes are:

• The Hitachi Integrated Installer disk is defective.

• Copying of the Hitachi Integrated Installer to the local disk failed.

If you have another Hitachi Integrated Installer disk, retry the installation using that disk.

If you tried to copy the Hitachi Integrated Installer to the local disk, retry the copy operation and then install JP1/AJS3. Alternatively, install JP1/AJS3 from the Hitachi Integrated Installer disk.

If you cannot resolve the problem, collect the following data and then contact the system administrator:

• Details about performed operations

• A hard copy of the dialog box

• Installation log (system-folder\Temp\HITACHI_JP1_INST_LOG folder)

If you are performing an overwrite or upgrade installation, also collect the following:

• Execution results of the data collection tool
